Food = joy!

Just got back home from town with mummy. Saw lee, choosie, darren and pym there too. LOL. Such coincidence. Bought a floral skirt from F21, two tanks @ far east and leggings + oversized tee from Zara. Guess its been mths since i last went shopping with mum. Haha.


Imma happy girl! coz i managed to eat all the good food this week. From wedding dinner to The line @ Shangri-La. :DDD

Delicious food never fails to brighten up my day!

I dyed my hair orangey-red and cut my fringe btw. Because of my forehead, which is quite high i need fringe. -.- That's one reason why i cant put up with the currypuff hairstyle. :(
Anyway gotten rid of the broom-like hair that bonsan always tease me about it. -.- But i dont know if the current one is better or what, nicck says he prefer the one before but his mum said that the one now is better. Well, that indeed gives me some comfort as least i din throw 80 bucks into the bin. Haa.


24/09/08 - Wednesday


Went to that darn kwiktron to collect back my laptop. Like finally can. -.- But this time i dont need to keep on calling them everyday to pester. They called and told me it was ready for collection so it's still okay. After that nicck dropped me off at Westmall to meet Jess, Sher and peihwa. We had our meal at this Mayim chinese restaurant. The food is so-so but quantity really too little lor! Im only 3/4 full, after the desert then totally full. Haha i wonder whats up with my appetite nowadays!!!
Like gettting from huge to enormous. -.-
Oh no and im starting to worry for sparetyres on my tummy. :(

Nicck came to meet us after he had dinner at home. Introduced the eumora facial bar to them. And then we went to catch the movie Mirror. I totally dig horror films.
But this is too over, in fact this is one of the little horror films that make me dont dare to go toilet in the middle of the show. I know it sounds lame but toilet got mirror also what.

We are random ppl. Met choosie @ woodlands interchange. But before that i actually called her and told her i dont feel like going sch. Then she told me she dont feel like also. So both of us went for Mac breakfast and then town to watch Painted Skin. By the time, it was only 10am when we reached town. LOL not a single soul at all in Cine. The show is alright. Like 'Liao Zhai' those type. With chinese demons and warriors. After that acc-ed choosie to go buy Curry puff and went off to meet nicck and weiqiang at PS Starbucks. Stayed for awhile. Then went home to change and off we go to nicck's cousin wedding dinner @ M hotel. The jam was terrible i tell you. Took freaking long to reach there.

Nicck with baby Jiale! He's so adorable can. Wont cry at all no matter who carries him. Heee.






27/08/09-Saturday

Spent half the day at nicck's place. Then met up with Huili, Joey and Joshua and headed to Yvonne's place for ML. I really love her place. Gives me the warm and batik feel. Always reminds me of the room of the resort at bali. Hahahah. Dinner was at nearby coffee shop. Then home.

Went to church with Huili in the morning. Lunch at Beauty world. Then went to nicck's place for an afternoon nap. He brought me to Theline @ Shangri-La hotel for our anniversary. :DDDDD I love buffets. Especially when it is an international buffet. The cuisine featured over 16 culinary stations. From my favourite seafood to Italian food, to jap food, desert and cakes corner plus chocolate fondue!

The price is SGD$68++, which is around $85 bucks per pax. Anyway we din waste any cent of our money at all. Ate like 10 over plates of food. Crabs consist of 2 plates already, all ate by me! :p Got no idea why nicck din take much seafood. oh btw he says he like the char siew bao there. lol.

Happily eating my plate of crabs. So shiok lor, first time i eat crab dont need me to pluck out the shell at all. Just tear out the meat and eat can already! woohoo.

ohya i like the italy food stall too. coz you can just choose the whether u wan linguine or penne. Then the ingredients and style and cooking you want. Nicck chose it for me and it turned out delicious!

The variety of puddings and cakes make me happy! I forgot to take a pic of it. :(

Yay, cash vouchers. Can use it for the next visit! Told daddy how awesome is the place and he's bringing us there again during dec. On mum and dad's 20th wedding anni. WEEEEEEEE! I know im extra but i dont care! I wanna eat there again. :p

Okay suntanning session tmrw. Off to watch fated to love you ep 8. Haha dunno how long already im stiil at ep 8. -.-

It died on me again and it's at HP centre now for repair. -.-

Slept for only like 2 hrs yesterday because of the stupid rain and thunder last night.

Aim of this week: It's a must to perservere and get full attendence! Anticipating for the 5 days holi next week! woohoooooo.

After sch, went grandma's place for dinner. Then after that met dear, headed to winston's place for MJ. Played 1 round only coz sch the next day. :(

16th Sept 08. Tuesday.

Okay, im getting lazy so im gonna just summarise and source from weijian's blog just like what yuenky did. Hahahhaha. Weijian i asked your permission already hor!

After sch met up with weijian, bonsan, yuenky, sherman and marcus for steamboat at Bugis Chong Qing. Lester sucks cause actually planned this 1 week ago, but in the end he fly us aeroplane again! Not the first time lor.

We ordered the chicken and spicy soup base and went on to take the ingredients that will make the soup taste better.

Actually I(weijian) didn't eat alot. I ate mostly vegetables like seaweed, mushrooms and broccoli. Hotdogs, crab meat, fish balls and Wan tons. I couldn't eat prawns because I had allergy. In fact, I noticed no one ate the prawns except Marcus! The prawns were either used to make the soup sweeter or it was left to boil to its death! All was lazy to use the hands to peel the prawn's shells.

Teresa was quietly eating and seldom had I seen her so quiet before. She was happily shaking legs while waiting for her beef to be cooked. She was using the ladle and skimmer the whole time. Sometimes her cellphone rings but she continued "kiap-ing" the food with her chopsticks while the other hand holding the phone and talking into it.

Jeff was happily throwing meat balls into the soup from high places making sure that the hot soup will have droplets splashing and landing on Yuenky's hand. Jeff was especially happy when yuenky shouted "Ouch" or whatever.

Yuenky was bearing with the heat. Once, she ate something (forgot what she eat) and because it was so hot, she had to release it. She look at other people hoping that she will not be seen. She even smirk because she thought no one saw her. Luckily I managed to saw the WHOLE PROCESS or else I will regret it for the rest of my life.

Sherman was having fun with the skimmer. He pour the egg liquid into the skimmer and the liquid flows through the holes. As you already know that egg has that "sticky sticky" forms, it looks disgusting when they refuses to flow through the holes and creating that saliva-lish looks.

Marcus was even awesome, he ate prawns like nobody's business. I peeked at him to see how he do it. First, he remove the head. Then he remove the tail. Once these were done, he went on to catch another prawn and repeat the procedures. After that, he went on back to the first one as it has already cool and ready to eat. The remaining shells of the body was chicken feet to him. He did it all without using hand! Can we call him CHOPSTICKS MASTER?

In the end, we could not finished all up and wasted like 1 pot of almost "chao-teh" food. Haha. Next they wanted to try out shesha so i brought them to Haji Lane. Took a few shots then rushed off to meet dear. Dear drove me to esplanade mall.(: We went to the roof to see the night scenery and chatted for quite awhile. After that was home. E35d peeps never fails to make me laugh like mad whenever im with them. :DDDD

Sang till 6 plus then went off to meet up with Alvin and Kat at PS for dinner. Then next was to YMCA for function. We had prata for supper.(: Speaking of prata, im really glad that Enaq is back! I miss the egg prata and maggi goreng there!!! :D

18th Sept 08. Thursday.

Din go sch cause i had super bad sore throat. The mad doctor gave me 5 diferent kinds of med thou i just told him i had sore throat. -.- Acc-ed dear to sp then town to meet jess. Returned her the prom dress and acc-ed her to shop around for bag. In the end she bought the one from Kate Spade instead of Agnes B. Hahahah we are the Kate Spade lovers! Wasnt feeling very well that day so no pics!

19th Sept 08. Saturday.

Met up with the girls for karyin's post birthday celeb. We had our dinner at Ps Manhattan Fish Market. (: Then, cafe cartel to chill.

In the process of opening up her present. :p
